An instalment of the series The Great Light-hearted, readings staged at Teatr Narodowy in Warsaw. Each part consisted of po- etry, music and humour. The artists explored the serious and light-hearted themes intermingled in the works of the most famous Polish poets. The second instalment shown at Malta Festival focuses on the works of Miron Białoszewski whose absurd play on words served to describe reality. “Let’s be the pig of art,” he would say, “Art is omnivorous”.
