We are dedicating this year’s Strefa Wrzenia (Boiling Zone) to a topic that cultural animation quite often overlooks but which is well known to all of us: failure. During two workshop sessions, we will investigate some project simulations and try to determine where they went wrong. Together with the invited experts, we will think about how to remedy the situation, but most of all, how to prevent failure.
