Our delicious Sunday breakfasts served by culinary aficionados have already become a tradition. On the first festival Sunday, we will get to taste some dishes from a short food supply chain, i.e. products from food co-operatives. The exhibitors will show us a variety of produce and tell us how to obtain it. During the second breakfast, we will put to use the findings of neuroscience and test how to affect emotions with different ingredients. After all, there is so much more to mood composition than chocolate!
